Buy, Rent or Rent-to-Own a New or Used Container
We stock two sizes of container - 20’ and 40’ in both new (one-trip) and used (cargo worthy). A new or one-trip container indicates it has traveled from overseas once with a load of cargo before coming to our yard. These containers may have a few minor dents and scratches.
Cargo worthy containers are used but are suitable to carry cargo back overseas. They will contain dents, scratches and rust but are structurally sound.

Do you deliver the containers?
Yes. We deliver containers directly to your location using our own trucks. Rental deliveries are available within approximately 150 miles, while purchased containers can be delivered within approximately 300 miles of Houston, depending on the location and delivery requirements.
Can I choose where the container is placed?
Yes. We will work with you to place the container where you need it, provided the site is accessible and suitable for delivery. The delivery area should be level, stable, and free of obstacles such as low-hanging branches and power lines.
What type of surface is needed for a container?
A level, firm surface such as concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel is ideal. The site should be able to support the weight of the container and its contents. We recommend setting the container on 4” thick concrete blocks when delivering onto a grassy or dirt surface.
How much space is needed to deliver a container?
Our delivery trucks require adequate room to safely access your property and place the container. The exact space needed depends on the container size, truck, and site conditions.
For delivery of a 20’ container, we need 60’ of straight area to back in, tilt and pull straight out from under the container.
For delivery of a 40’ container, we need 120’ of straight area to back in, tilt and pull straight out from under the container.
Can you deliver a container to a residential property?
Yes. Portable storage containers are a convenient solution for homeowners, remodels, moves, construction projects, and additional storage. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure portable storage containers are allowed by the jurisdiction.
Are your containers wind and watertight?
Our containers are better than wind and watertight and are inspected before sale or rental. Used containers may show normal signs of wear from previous use. We can help you select the condition and type of container that best fits your needs.
Can I inspect a container before purchasing it?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to inspect available containers when possible so they can choose the condition and features that best meet their needs. Call to schedule an appointment to come select your preferred unit from our inventory.
Can you modify a shipping container?
No. We do not provide any modifications.
Can you add side doors to a shipping container?
Containers with Side-door modifications are available. Let us know what type of access you need, and we can discuss the available options. We can also supply double door containers with two doors on each end of the container.
Can I use a shipping container for storage?
Yes. Shipping containers provide secure, weather-resistant storage for many residential, commercial, construction, agricultural, and industrial applications.
Can I store a vehicle or equipment inside a container?
Depending on the size and configuration, containers can be used to store equipment, tools, materials, and other items. A 40-foot container provides substantially more storage space than a 20-foot container.

Our rental agreement is month to month and the terms vary depending on the size. Rent is due each month on the anniversary date of delivery, and we do not prorate rent. Contact us for current rental options and terms.
Can I move the container after it has been delivered?
Rental containers are expected to remain in their delivered location. If relocation is needed, contact us to discuss relocation options.
Purchased containers are heavy and should only be moved using appropriate professional equipment. If you need your container relocated, contact us to discuss available options.
What happens when I'm finished renting the container?
Contact us when you are ready to end your rental. We will coordinate the container pickup and explain any applicable pickup requirements or remaining charges.
